I am studying Biophysics at HU Berlin and currently working on
my bachelor thesis in the Klotzsch group. My main goal is to optimize B cell activation by selected mechanical cues: on the one hand I am checking if putting B Cells under mechanical
pressure has an influence on their activation, on the other hand I am observing several
cellular structures while activating B cells on different surfaces. Understanding the
mechanisms behind B cell activation may be crucial for driving immunotherapy forwards.
In my free time I enjoy playing the violin, sitting in the sun, and reading books.
